How long will the fragrance last on my skin?

Fragrances are all unique in their longevity - depending on the construction, style, and materials used. Generally, you should expect a fragrance to last around 6 to 8 hours on your skin. If they are more citrus based, they may be more fleeting and wear off more quickly, if they are based on woods and ambers, they are more likely to last longer. Something to bear in mind, is that your nose acclimates quickly to a fragrance, and will stop smelling it - this is perfectly normal.

Do you accept PayPal as a payment method?

Yes, we do. Please follow the payment process.

What is the difference between EDP & EDT?

EDP (Eau de Parfum) and EDT (Eau de Toilette) are named for the concentration of fragrance oil. Eau de Parfums are also based more around heart and base notes, meaning they are more likely to last longer and smell richer, more complex. Eau de Toilettes are more focused on top and heart notes, so they are fresher.

Where should I apply perfume?

For best results, apply fragrance to pulse points (wrists and neck), as well as the chest.

How can I make the perfume last longer on my skin?

Choose an Eau de Parfum strength scent and if you find that it still doesn't last on your skin, ensure you use an unscented moisturiser - it will help the fragrance adhere to the skin and evaporate more slowly.

What can I do if I am allergic to the perfume?

Allergic reactions to perfume are very rare - they are formulated with safety in mind and follow a strict set of regulations based on likely usage and exposure limits. Should you have an allergic reaction to the fragrance, discontinue use and contact us.

How long will an open bottle last?

Once opened, a bottle of fragrance tends to last around around 30 months. We recommend keeping the cap on, ensuring the bottle is not exposed to direct sunlight or changes in temperature - bathrooms are not ideal for storing your fragrance. Once you have started to use your fragrance, we suggest aiming to finish the bottle within a year to ensure the integrity of the scent.

What do top, heart and base notes mean?

Top, heart and base notes refer to how quickly a note evaporates in a fragrance composition. Top notes are the brighter, more impactful materials that tend to last for around an hour at most, heart notes appear in the middle of the fragrance development and determine the overall character of the scent - and tend to last around 4 hours. Base notes are the richest, slowest evaporating parts of the fragrance which last long into what we call the 'drydown' - lasting up to 8 hours and beyond.
